WHAT DOES TRIKHON MEAN?
Founded in 2011, Trikhon in Vietnamese means artistry/gifting; our 'Trikhon' is identifying the gifts and talents of individuals and communities. Through our collaborative nature we nurture artists and communities to empower them in their journeys for expression and social change. We work across a range of art forms, but in particular theatre, to produce high quality work that has meaning, purpose and legacy.
We typically gravitate towards artists and communities with lack of representation to enable better cultural expression, visibility and cohesion. We are proud to showcase diversity in all our work and company. Our practice is diverse and unique putting the artist and the community at the heart of what we do. We believe this is the path to genuine and authentic work.
